What this site does

We compare Cash ISA rates, Stocks and Shares ISA platforms, Lifetime ISAs, Junior ISAs and Islamic (halal) ISAs, and explain the rules around them, including the Cash ISA limit changing on 6 April 2027. Everything here is information to help you understand your options. It is not personal advice, and nothing on this site tells you which specific account to open.

Independent, and not FCA regulated

ISA Comparison is not owned by a bank, broker or comparison group. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and we do not give personal financial advice. When we write about a rule, we explain it and the trade-offs involved, then leave the decision to you. Tax treatment depends on your circumstances and may change.

You can check whether a bank or investment platform is itself FCA-authorised on the Financial Services Register.

How this site makes money

We earn commission when you open some accounts through links on this site. Those links are marked "Ad". Commission never changes the order of our rate tables, and accounts that pay us nothing are listed alongside ones that do. See how we make money for the detail.

How we check what we publish

We check rates by hand on each provider's own website, and every table shows the date we last checked it. Rules are sourced to gov.uk, HMRC and the FCA, and linked from every guide. See our methodology and editorial policy for how that works.
