How to report an error
Email hello@isacomparison.com with a link to the page and what looks wrong. A screenshot helps if the issue is a number in a table.
What happens next
We check it against the source: the provider's own website for a rate or a charge, or the relevant gov.uk, HMRC or FCA page for a rule. If it's wrong, we correct it.
Why the dates matter
Every rate table shows the date we last checked it by hand. Rates and charges can change between checks, so that date tells you how fresh a number is. If a table looks stale, that's also worth reporting.
