Using this site
By visiting or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. You can read and use most of this site without registering or creating an account. Some parts, such as the newsletter sign-up form, ask you for information: our privacy policy explains what we do with it.
What this site is
Everything on this site is information to help you understand ISAs and compare providers. It is not personal financial advice, and we don't give personal recommendations. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Nothing on this site tells you which specific account to open: when we write about a rule or a product, we explain it and leave the decision to you. Always check the current rate, charges and eligibility directly with the provider before you apply for anything, as rates and rules can change, sometimes at short notice. Tax treatment depends on your circumstances and may change.
Accuracy
We check rates and charges by hand on each provider's own website, and every table shows the date we last checked it. Rates, charges and rules can change after we check them. We try to keep this site accurate, but we don't guarantee that every figure is correct or current at the moment you read it.
Availability
We can change, suspend or withdraw any part of this site, or the whole site, at any time and without notice.
How we make money, and "Ad" labels
We earn commission from some providers when you open an account through a link on this site. Links that pay us commission are marked "Ad". We may in future also carry display advertising or newsletter sponsorship; if we do, it will be labelled too. Commission never changes the order of our rate tables: where a product ranks depends on its rate or fee, not on whether it pays us.
Links to other sites
This site links to providers, affiliate partners and government websites that we don't control, including some links marked "Ad". We're not responsible for their content, their availability, or anything that happens once you leave this site. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you're there.
Calculators
The calculators on this site are illustrations, not guarantees or quotes. They run entirely in your browser, using the figures you enter, to help you understand roughly how something like the Cash ISA limit or compound interest works. The actual outcome for you will depend on your own circumstances and the provider you choose.

The text, design and tables on this site belong to us, except where we say otherwise, and you shouldn't copy or republish them without our permission, beyond what's needed to read the page or share a normal link to it. Provider and platform names, logos and trademarks shown on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. We show them only to identify the products and providers we're comparing. This doesn't imply that any provider endorses, or is partnered with, ISA Comparison. 'Fidelity International', 'Fidelity' and the 'F' in Square Symbol are trademarks of FIL Limited.
Acceptable use
When you use this site, you agree not to:
- try to gain unauthorised access to this site, its systems, or any data connected to it

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute about them is dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can bring proceedings in your local courts instead.
